10 ways to reconnect to the body – and therefore to full intelligence, to emotions, to intuition, to ethics and to other people:
– Choose to move. Stretch, fight, dance or make love. Do them all at same time if you like 😉
– Find pleasure. Body awareness and pleasure are good friends 😆
– Connect. Embodiment is relational
– Slow down. Do less, better
– Address your trauma and shadow
– Spend time with children or animals
– Turn social media off for a bit and go outside. Feel the sun, wind or rain
– Question authority in all forms, including religion and politics. Ignore all adverts, even this one
– Be creative. Make up number ten yourself
