Well-Being Training

embodied_w350.jpgWould you like your employees to have greater energy, productivity and enthusiasm? Would you like less sick days and a lower staff churn-rate? Would you like to be both happier at work and get more done?

Well-being training supports staff be healthier, happier and therefore more productive. Studies from the Health and safety Executive, the CIPD and academic institutions repeatedly find a direct link between employee well-being and performance, yet few organisations invested in training managers in well-being. Our bespoke well-being management training courses take a practical approach to workplace health for leaders. As business training providers we value examining both conventional angles on physical and psychological wellbeing (diet, stress management, exercise, stress) and introduce alternative health perspectives (e.g. mindfulness, meditation and alternative therapies) in a grounded way. Our well-being training courses are usually conducted on business / organisational premises. Integration Training is based in Brighton (Sussex), Birmingham and London UK and we work all over the UK and Europe. Training workshops are normally one day in length, though we deliver shorter and more in-depth courses. Like all of our management training the courses. We can also help you with well-being surveys and other aspects of staff well-being.
