I experienced a Biodanza class on Friday in Brighton with Marcelo Di Matteo one the UK&#8217;s most experienced instructors and had a good time.<\/span><\/strong> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I enjoyed the (often Latin) music, friendly people and letting it all hang out for a couple of hours. There was a lot of very unbritish handholding, eye contact and dancing with complete strangers which I both enjoyed and found a bit much at times. I can see how people crying out for contact and connection would love this stuff, sorely needed in the modern world. On the other hand sometimes a man wants to be and island, and you can&#8217;t force lovin.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>We did some movement exercises similar to those I use in <a href=\"http:\/\/holisticexercise.co.uk\/\">Holistics<\/a> but perhaps a bit more intimate. There are around 400 Biodanza exercises in total I&#8217;m told and I&#8217;m curious to experience <a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_8vF1TTyV5ww\/SF5ZmjaLA2I\/AAAAAAAAAh4\/IVML5jeNlQ0\/s1600-h\/biodanzadance.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5214703937416528738\" style=\"FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 329px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 153px\" height=\"145\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_8vF1TTyV5ww\/SF5ZmjaLA2I\/AAAAAAAAAh4\/IVML5jeNlQ0\/s400\/biodanzadance.jpg\" width=\"329\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>more. I think I&#8217;ll pop along to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biodanzauk.com\/\">regular Brighton class<\/a> at the Natural Health Centre and see what this group is like.
