Many of your body-dialogues will be likely revealed as you read this book. To kick-start this process start by saying to yourself \u201cmy body is..\u201d and seeing what occurs &#8211; e.g.\u201dmy body is useful\u201d \u201cmy body is ugly\u201d my body is British\u201d. Do this at least twenty times in quick succession, preferably with a friend asking, and you may be surprised what is revealed.
