You are ignorant<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Change requires community of support. You are weak<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>People (yourself included) will try and sabotage change &#8211; consciously or unconsciously. You are crazy<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>You&#8217;ll only bother to change if you&#8217;re in enough pain &#8211; if you&#8217;re not don&#8217;t start.
