I have been practicing body work for 45 years, and in the last few years, I have found \u00a0a new simplicity. Now in two minutes, I can teach crucial elements that took me 40 years to learn. It is counterintuitive at best, but softening and opening the body leads to greater strength and self-control and control of what happens around one.
