How may it be useful to business and training managers? Does it even really exist?<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spiritual_intelligence\">Wikipedia definition of Spiritual Intelligence is here<\/a> but I would recommend the delightfully  named <a href=\"http:\/\/www.consciouspursuits.com\/\">Cindy Wiggleworth&#8217;s<\/a> articles such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.consciouspursuits.com\/Articles\/SIandLeadership.pdf\">this one.<\/a> She quotes Zohar the person who coined the phrase who says Spiritual Intelligence includes:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>1. Self-Awareness \u2026 you know who you really are and you know that you are connected with the whole universe.<\/div>\n<div>2. Vision &amp; Values Led \u2013 or Idealism. Children naturally want to serve, and so do we. Vision and values led is definitive of our humanity.<\/div>\n<div>3. The Capacity to Face and USE Adversity\u2026owning our mistakes and adversity and using pain and tragedy to learn<\/div>\n<div>4. To be Holistic: seeing the connections between things. Being open to and interested in EVERYTHING.<\/div>\n<div>5. Diversity\u2026thriving in and celebrating diversity. I look at you and see what is different in you and I say \u201cThank God for that!\u201d<\/div>\n<div>6. Field Independence (Courage)\u2026a term from psychology that means the courage not to adapt, to be independent.<\/div>\n<div>7. The Tendency to Ask WHY? Questions are infinite. In Quantum Physics questions CREATE reality.<\/div>\n<div>8. The Ability to Re-Frame\u2026put things into a larger context of meaning.<\/div>\n<div>9. Spontaneity.
