Yoga with an emphasis on self-knowledge and transfer to life (not body-beautiful athleticism or hindu mythology). Where else do you find postural yoga used to explore competition, surrender, relationship, criticism, shadow, pleasure, being silly\/play, leadership, parenting, etc? Someone described this as a &#8220;reboot&#8221; to yoga, and it certainly brings in some of the things modern postural yoga is lacking other arts have. That&#8217;s gonna offend some yoga people but trust me, you don&#8217;t already do this. Thanks to all those involved, especially\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/vidyadasa.adygriffiths\">Vidyadasa Ady Griffiths<\/a> working on the new website today and\u00a0<a
