The inimitable founder of Embodied Yoga Principles will facilitate a workshop in Embodied Yoga Principles, a pragmatic way of making yoga more meaningful and relevant to our daily lives. This workshop will be particularly useful for yoga teachers, teachers, therapists, coaches, and of course yoga practitioners who have a basic grounding in posture work. This is not a typical yoga workshop &#8211; expect to be inspired and gain some (possibly deep) insights into your own physical\/psychological patterns, but in the process expect to be challenged. The day will include sharing experiences with others, group work and partner work.<\/div>\n<div>We don\u2019t recommend signing up for this workshop if you have acute mental health issues or are in the middle of a highly emotional situation such as bereavement or divorce.
