Similar to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.holisticexercise.co.uk\/\">Holistics<\/a>, Conscious Embodiment could be described as a somatic study or mind, body spirit exercise. Attentional states and use of the three centres (head, heart, hara) are a key part of the work. To experience a simple Conscious Embodiment exercise next time you are walking down the street try walking from each of these three centres in turn and feel the difference.<\/p>\n<div>I wish Mathew, John Watters (who is partnering with Wendy in March) and the fledgling Conscious Embodiment community in the UK success and would recommend checking them out.
