Pam Kramer, Integral Transformative Practice President lead the workshop, with participants coming from Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridge, London and Sussex. We covered a wide variety of enjoyable exercises including the ITP kata (form), energy work, grabs &#8211; literal and metaphorical, affirmations and &#8220;staying present&#8221; empathy work.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What to me is powerful about Integral Transformative Practice is its commitment to long-term practice, emphasis on community and its breadth.
