I met up with a group in Brighton on Saturday interested in integral theory. Integral is just a model of everything or an holistic way at treating any subject matter – e.g. ecology, spirituality, business – that takes all sides into account. It is particularly concerned with the evolution of consciousness.
The group are a pleasant and diverse bunch – a teacher, academics, meditators, a health care professional, students, a tennis coach businessman, etc. Had a good time and got a lot of good learning. Find them at Yahoo Groups if interested. Recommended.
