Training Trends from Google

They show that searches for most of the training related subjects that I blog about have gone down in recent years – while news coverage of these items have gone up – which is a strange trend. In that time however the face of the internet has changed dramatically and while the training trend graphs are normalised (that word scares me 🙂 it’s hard to know what to make of them.

The jump in news reports re. stress at the start of the recession is hardly surprising. The Leadership trend graph looked impacted by the Obama election but not that much. The trend graph for mindfulness keeps going up giving me hope that it’s becoming mainstream.
