Change is hard, whether it be in regard to corporate growth, cultural (organisational development/ societal) or personal development. Here’s how to change:

5 Unpalatable Home truths – How to Change

  • Change takes Time and Practice (mindful effort). A LOT of time and practice. You are lazy
  • Change requires a teacher – someone who has done it before (lineage). You are ignorant
  • Change requires community of support. You are weak
  • People (yourself included) will try and sabotage change – consciously or unconsciously. You are crazy
  • You’ll only bother to change if you’re in enough pain – if you’re not don’t start. You are unmotivated

Of course there are exceptions to all these – the thing is, your probably not it. Oh, and you’re clever, beautiful, hard working, sane and strong too so good luck 🙂
