Do what you say. That’s it.

I could say a little more about the body and words matching, sincerity vs competence vs reliability etc. But really, over time, doing what you say is how to build trust, that’s it.

    That is not enough.
    One small example: you have to demonstrate respect. If you do what you say but I see you treating other people badly I will not trust you.
