Super-Summer Coaching

We all have things in our lives we would like to improve yet often it’s not that simple. Some habits are hard to shift and we stay stuck doing things that we know aren’t good for us. People start diets ad join gyms with good intentions but soon quit for example. So what’s missing? Often it’s knowledge of how behaviour really changes, being held accountable to plans and the support of someone else. Coaching provides this and this Summer I’m offering a special package to help people make real improvements in their lives.

Package

– A half-day intensive coaching and teaching session

–  Daily 30 minutes calls for a week

–  Practical help establishing new patterns – for example I will take you to a gym or food shopping

–  A follow-up session a month later to make sure the change is sticking

Method

The kind of coaching I use involves listening to you, asking you questions, practising new behaviours and challenging and supporting you. I work with a large range of techniques looking at thinking patterns, body-language, emotions, meditation – everything that I have found works really well over the years. I work at quite a deep level so you’ll get “tricks and tips” but also a lot more. People find the sessions fun and above all useful.

About me

I work with all kinds of people – I am now coaching someone at The Natural History Museum, an executive at Unilever and leading a weekly group for Brighton locals for example. Personally I used a lot of what I teach to lose weight a while back. I have an honours degree in psychology, am a specialist in how the body effects who we are and teach on coach training programs internationally. My full CV is here.
