Embodiment – the conscious experience of the body – is a new topic for many people and we are offering a free teleclass to explore the area with some of the world’s top embodiment teachers. The title of the class is:
“What is embodiment and how can it help the practical challenges of work, relationships and spirituality”
We are inviting anyone new to the area to find out what embodiment is and bring practical challenges these teachers can address, as well as experienced body orientated professionals (e.g. therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, etc) who’d like to find out more about these teachers approaches. They will all be at the Living Embodiment conference and this call is part of our promotion for that, but it is also a genuine gift to anyone who would like it. These are some of the top people in the area and if you’d liketo taste their work for free this is a great opportunity. The call will involve some teaching and live discussion between the presenters and lots of time for questions and exploration.
The call will be hosted by integral Zen and strength trainer Rob McNamara and include business training Willow Dea from Texas, aikido and meditation teacher Miles Kessler from Tel Aviv, workshop leader Saniel Bonder from California and abuse recovery and peacemaking expert Paul Linden from Ohio. More about the teachers.
6pm west Coast time, 7 pm mountain time, 9pm East Coast time on on September 12th
