So I’ve been struggling with confidence lately, surprising perhaps as one generally known for being confident, some would say arrogant, but every persona creates a shadow and it’s time to face mine. Another (bloody) “opportunity for growth” as some annoying, air-punching American likely said… oh there’s the shadow 🙂 The things I’m also enjoying now are things where I’m not centre stage – EFC has gone from a course to a community with our first successful reunion peer-learning event. I had nothing to do with organising it – well done Kathryn! I am also planning long-term EFC succession plans in the UK and Russia so I won’t always be one of the lead trainers.
