The yoga of attraction, love and relationships – an Embodied Yoga Principles workshop for people who like cuddling other people
– Using yoga to improve your ability to attract, nourish and let go of intimacy
Yoga can be used to become stretchy or relaxed, but it can also be used for insight and developing ourselves. This is the focus of Embodied Yoga Principles, and this workshop will specifically look at lurrrvvvveeee. Most of us are interested in attraction and relationship from some angle, and this area can be explored through yoga postures and movement. Yoga is great for revealing our tendencies and supporting us to grow the sides of ourselves that we need to.
This workshop is suitable for people in or not in relationships, and is LGBTQ, men’s rights and feminist friendly. It will make you hotter to people you are in relationship with or want to be. Not by getting the Instagram approved body, but by connecting to creativity, purpose, presence, empathy etc – deep, good, values-driven stuff that rocks, anyway. It will also help with communication, whether that be in a sexual or non-sexual context. What it won’t be is a cheesy get your man/pick-up workshop, or some creepy neo-tantra thing. It’ll be a friendly bunch of people exploring issues of attraction, love and relationships together, in a safe, vibrant way. We’ll use familiar yoga with some coaching questions, postures you won’t have done before and simple partner yoga. So come if you’d like to:
– be clear about what kinds of people you’re attracted to and why
– get more attractive to the people you want to be attractive to – authentically, without manipulation, from the inside out
– develop your self-love and confidence
– see what kinds of subtle signals you’re giving off and change this if you like
– learn to better empathise and communicate with the four kinds of people
– get more skilful at conflict and letting go of relationship when needed
– make your “no’s” firm but fair and your “yes’s” irresistible
– learn to ask for what you want, to make any relationship, and life generally, far juicer
– get a whole bunch of hugs (but these like everything on the day are COMPLETELY optional)
